The site selected this year is a private ranch used for camping events year-round. While they have plenty of room, they do not have much in the way of setup for RVs and Travel Trailers. A specific section of the event has been set aside to provide RVS and Trailers the most level land and easiest ingress and egress from the venue. It is recommended that you treat this as boon dock camping, i.e., bring everything you need with you.

Yes, a shower tent will be established at the main camp with a hot water heater. You will need to purchase tickets for the shower and let camp services know when you would like to use it so we can have an attendant available to monitor the equipment.

This does vary from carrier to carrier; however, it seemed to be intermittent with both Verizon and T-Mobile when we conducted our site survey.

We recommend you purchase a battery pack, solar panel, or generator for your electricity needs. If your car will not suffice.

We will have means to charge phones and devices at main camp but that sevice is limited and on a first come first serve basis

You are not required to make any additional purchases at FyreLight. However, we do provide a number of premium items and services if you are willing to spend a little more. This is done in part to help us keep ticket prices affordable and make the event accessible to a broader part of our community.

Absolutely! We love dogs and bring our own to the event. That said, we do require your animals to remain on a leash or in a secured space, such as a trailer or kennel, at all times while attending the event. They should be up to date on their shots and ideally well socialized with animals and humans. This is for their protection, the wildlife on the ranch, and your fellow campers.

Wild animals are always a possibility when visiting a rural setting. That said, these events tend to scare away much of the local animals as they are loud and very active. Please ensure you are taking precautions by tossing your trash, keeping your food and coolers in a secure place away from where you will be sleeping and relaxing.

Yes, there are a number of recreational sites around the ranch where you can fish, rent boats, go hiking, and yes, even ATV. Please check in with camp services for more information.
