Camp Services is your central hub at Fyrelight for support, information, and resources. Whether you need directions, first aid, lost & found, volunteer check-in, or just a friendly face to answer questions, Camp Services is here to help keep the event running smoothly and the community cared for.

  • Check In / Registration – Come see us when you Arrive for your Event Pass and Gift Package

  • Information Desk – Maps, schedules, event updates, and general assistance

  • Lost & Found – A central place to turn in or reclaim lost items

  • First Aid / Wellness Support – Basic medical supplies, referrals to trained medics

  • Radio Check-Out / Communications Support – Borrow or return 2-way radios for volunteers and staff

  • Charging Station – Limited charging for phones, radios, or small devices

  • Accessibility Assistance – Help coordinating mobility support or special needs

  • Volunteer Check-In – Sign-in, shift scheduling, and team coordination

  • Event Schedule Board – updated schedule of events taking place around the event that day. 

  • Camp Store  β€“ FyreLight Merch, small items like batteries, cosmetics, medicine and other frequently forgotten items 

  • Emergency Coordination Point – Go-to spot if there’s a fire, weather alert, or other incident
