So What's Included When I Register?

Whether you want to stay for a day, the weekend, or join us for the whole event, these items are included for everyone who registers for FyreLight. 

  • A site for you to set up your tent, travel trailer, RV, or other vehicle 
  • Access to bathroom facilities such as outhouses and porta potties
  • Access to all official events that appear on the schedule
  • Food provided for and served at the Potluck, Sausage Fest, and Brunch events hosted by RMDE 
  • Drip coffee and doughnuts (provided Friday, Saturday and Monday from 8a-10a)
  • Complementary registration gifts / materials
  • On-site emergency services (First Aid and Camp Medic)
  • Access to metal fire pits for wood burning fires (limited availability F.C.F.S.)
  • Centrally located waste bins and a dumpster
  • Access to enclosed community event tent with walls, heaters

What Additional Items / Services Are Available Purchase?

The following items will be made available for purchase at the event. Please ensure you have additional funds with you if you would like to purchase one of the following. 

  • Bingo cards and daubbers
  • Premium coffee drinks such as lattes and macchiatos 
  • Tips for performers (Camp Services can exchange 5’s, 10’s, and 20’s for singles) 
  • Fyrelight / Spit Roast branded merchandise 
  • Food sold from food truck(s)
  • Camp store items
  • Additional FyreLight registrations 
  • Raffle tickets
  • Shower tickets 
  • One-time donations 
  • Merchant Services and items (They should be able to take your payment at their stalls) 

** Services such as black tank cleanout and propane refill are not offered at this site. Campers are responsible for purchasing their own meals, except for the complimentary offerings shown above. Activities outside of the Fyrelight Festival, not listed here, may require an additional payment for access/use.
